Back in 2004, New York Stock Exchange lawyer Richard Bernard called the Webb Report replete with "lies, spin and omissions" in an email. That missive has now surfaced in the court battle former CEO Dick Grasso and prosecutor Eliot Spitzer. The report was used as rationale for Spitzer's case against Grasso, which sadly continues to proceed. Many think the report was flawed as it was prepared by people who lacked subpoena power.
