A Chicago hedge fund manager, Philip Baker, of Chicago-based Lake Shore Asset Management, has been indicted for cheating hundreds of investors out of roughly $312 million. The Canadian citizen was last spotted in Hamburg, Germany. His current whereabouts are unknown, according to prosecutors. Article
