SEC to question John Mack
Morgan Stanley has announced that the SEC has contacted CEO John Mack and requested an interview about potential abuses by Pequot Capital Management. Pequot being probed for insider trading. The issue has surfaced thanks to Gary Aguirre, the former SEC lawyer who spearheaded the Pequot probe. He has alleged that he was fired by the agency in part because if his attempts to interview Mack about related issues. Many have noted that Mack is a big-time Bush fundraiser.
