Return of Glass-Steagall?
It was huge news in 1999 when Glass-Steagall was repealed. The law was said to be a relic, but it's not looking so anachronistic any more. There is a real move to revive the old barrier between commercial and investment banking. If it's going to happen, now is the time. Article
