Pay czar to claw back bonuses?
The Treasury's special master on executive compensation Kenneth Feinberg (Kenneth Feinberg news) will ask some banks to pay back some of the bonuses they doled out in 2008, which will be remembered as the year of some massive bailouts, FOX News reports. The fact that such huge bonuses were paid while banks were being rescued isn't sitting well with him. Banks are not obligated to do what he asks, but they will not want to risk humiliation. Article
