New York to tax Wall Street bonuses?
Faced with massive budget shortfalls, will New York state and New York City succumb to the temptation to tax Wall Street bonuses? According to Bloomberg, the state comptroller has proposed as much, going so far as to criticize the mayor and the governor for ruling out such a move.
