Nationalization support spreading?

Nationalization strikes many at the gut level--especially shareholders of TARP banks--as a bad decision. But the issue will not go away. And it's hard to deny that more people are coming around to the idea. Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican no less, has ignited a big debate by saying on ABC's "This Week" that the "idea of nationalizing banks is not comfortable... but I think we have gotten so many toxic assets...that we're going to have to do something that no one ever envisioned a year ago (and) no one likes."

He's taking his lumps, but it shows how far the idea has progressed. That said, I doubt it will ever happen. Then again, a year ago, no one had any idea just how sick the financial system was.
