Morgan Stanley thrives in Russia
If one bank has played a role in growing the Russian IPO market, it's Morgan Stanley, which stayed put in the country when others bailed out. But Business Week notes that others are yearning to reverse their past mistakes and establish a presence. Top U.S. and European investment banks are pouring resources into their Moscow operations, but they have a long way to go. Morgan Stanley doesn't appear to be sitting still.
