Morgan Stanley offers broker recruits new incentives

Morgan Stanley is upping the stakes in the broker wars. It is offering big producers a bonus of up to 200 percent of gross revenue over the past year to join the team, according to the Associated Press. UBS already offers a similar bonus. The likes of Merrill Lynch, Wachovia and others maybe mulling responses. It is increasingly becoming a game where only the the big guns need apply.
