Moody's expects less support for banks

While the Dodd-Frank law leaves much to be decided, it seems clear that there will be much less public support available for the biggest banks. So if they run into trouble, creditors will be in worse shape. Moody's has thus cut the outlook on Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citigroup to "Negative" from "Stable."
