Millennial workers to leave Wall Street?

Is the grind worth it? To make it in this i-banking, private-equity, hedge-fund universe, you've got to sacrifice these days. Many are willing to do what it takes, but are so-called Millennial workers--those born after 1980--looking for a different sort of satisfaction? Portfolio profiles some former masters of the universe--one ex-Citigroup employee was making $500,000 at age 26--as they form a start-up reminiscent of the dot.com era. The Millennial Generation are said to be more likely to desire job satisfaction and a likable lifestyle rather than corporate slavishness. Will more Wall Streeters heed the call?
