Lloyd Blankfein (Lloyd Blankfein news) runs a personal charity that has no doubt come in handy for tax purposes. But is it also a handy tool to battle the PR crisis at Goldman Sachs (GS)? I'm not sure that generous giving to Harvard Law school and the private school that his sons attended will do much for his image.
