Blackstone Group

Blackstone Group's IPO turned from big party to big fizzle all too soon, as the global debt crisis took hold. But as the stock continues to decline, according to Financial News Online, more institutions are taking a close look at the it. The Washington State Investment Board says, flat out, that if the stock continues to decline it will take a stake. The stock actually has ticked up recently after bottoming out at just more than $15. Och-Ziff and Apollo also have rallied a bit. This may end up a terrific buying opportunity. My bet is that insiders are snapping up the shares.
