Insider trading scam embroils former Lehman employee
Matthew Devlin, a former broker at Lehman Bros., has been accused of passing on inside information about 12 deals. He allegedly stole the information from his wife, a high-powered public relations executive, and then he cooperated with federal investigators to catch all the people he had been tipping.
