EEOC sues Merrill Lynch

It is a shame when human resources seek out employment applicants, whom can shape and make a product do; as its mission statement says. Secondly, the supervisor whom requests a new hiree, either leaves the position or he or she is afraid of what the individuals pay would be? On the other hand, human resources staff members are expected, to accept an employee based on the capacity for comprehension and ability for which the applicant is suited for.
This is a clear case of mismanagment and discrimination played a part of the mismanagement for both the product and the work orders for the employee.
It becomes a travesty; when two adults whom share the exact passion, and whom enjoys working, participating, and deciding at an institution, can not seek out ways to keep the communication related to the work at hand; instead of grasping out into areas which have nothing to do with work.
The reality is this large corporation is not going to change its colors, seldom organization staff members do not change their personal values, the organization would rather pay a sum, to make an effort to bully a human being.
I do not believe employees nor employors, understand it is more than indigneous remarks, being made to psychologically shake the psyche of an innocent employee; it is the fact, that there is equal opportunity and a democratic country. It puts me in awe to know there are employees whom play the devils advocate in the work place.
It becomes a shame when justice is located in a court room but not at the job and even in the court room there remains conflict of interest. I thought all adults were better than that but growth and development peaks at all ages and neither is grow nor development a has to for the positive healthy life survival skills.
It really does not take much philosophy to figure this out! Merrill Lynch bigotry is documented for past decades through a series of
laws suits and judgments against the company by women, African Americans and almost any other minority out there.
Merrill hired this guy for a "quantitative analyst" position based on douments it filed with labor department. this is a highly technical position and the typical salry goes to millions of dollars in few years. After hiring him ML took advantage of his skills (PhD + a finance degree0 but paid him 1/4 of his salary and pretended that he is a "programmer"!
The dumb asses in ML management have to explain how a guy with so many advanced degrees is JUST a programmer contrary to ML's own documents filed with DOL!
So the guy complains and they kick him out after lots of harassments and else.
Shocking thing is that after they let go of him they promote a fellow with only a High school degree in his place!! That's why a government law suit! The bigot crroks at ML have not learned their lessons after 50 years of law suits!
