Solomon managing director in M&A. They all grace the Investment Dealers' Digest 40 under 40 list of young financial services stars. These sorts of lists are a lot of fun, especially if you are on it. The value as a recruiting tool is somewhat suspect. Still, if you are on the list, that means you've done a good job getting your name "out there," which is something we should all do a bit better.
