Cuomo subpoenas Bank of America directors
Andrew Cuomo is taking an aggressive approach to his Bank of America investigation. The AP reports the New York state attorney general has subpoenaed five members of Bank of America's board of directors. They'll be grilled as to what they knew about Merrill's plans to pay huge bonuses in 2008. One wonders whether these sorts of legal costs will be paid for by the company. Article
