Cramer sounds off on KKR, Blackstone and Fortress

Jim Cramer wouldn't be Jim Cramer if he minced words. In an interview on TheStreet.com, he said he despises "companies that are desperate to come public." That would be Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. "KKR is going to issue theirs and then they're going to screw you." Ouch. He also called Fortress and Blackstone "disasters." He rolls on from there. He has some good points, like when he says that no one really has any idea what Fortress owns. It looks like KKR is indeed bent on joining Blackstone and Fortress as a public company. I'll say it again--there may be some interest. Some buyers might decide that they can now get a better deal than they got on the pricey Blackstone deal. We'll see.
