Cramer in trouble with CNBC

Jim Cramer's memorable video interview (click to see it) that made its way on to YouTube may land him in a bit of hot water with CNBC, which hosts his show. Or maybe not. Hedge fund wags were already buzzing about the clip, in which Cramer brags about how he used the media to drive up or down his investments. One strategy was to spread rumors to reporters, "the Pisanis of the world,"--a reference to CNBC correspondent Bob Pisani. He also referenced "bozo" reporters and said you have to use reporters. The New York Post notes that most CNBC employment contracts have a "disparagement clause," which prohibits employees or contractors from publicly insulting or criticizing on-air talent. Not sure if this falls under that category. Entertaining as always.
