CalPERS wins fee cuts from private equity firm
We've noted that investors seem to have gained more clout when it comes their dealings with private equity (private equity news) firms. The latest example: Apollo agreed to a deal with CalPERS (CalPERS news) to cut fees on investment that Apollo manages solely for the big pension. We'll likely see more institutional investors get more aggressive with alternative investment providers across the board. Article
