Banks readying for stress tests
The government has commenced so-called stress tests for TARP banks, aiming to figure out which ones are viable. Officials stress that this is not a pass/fail sort of test. The goal really is to figure out how much capital the banks need to remain viable--if at all. Call it what you want. Article
