Bank manager fired for being too successful?

Raphael Geys, once a managing director of European fixed income sales for SocGen, has sued the bank, claiming he was let go because the bank didn't want to pay all that it owed him. He says his unit more than doubled its revenues, and that entitled him to a generous payout. The bank is fighting the charges. Article
