Bank lending no longer falling
The sorry state of bank lending (loans news) had many people dubious about a strong economic recovery. But Forbes notes that for the three weeks between Feb. 24 and March 10, outstanding loan balances were flat. And that's relatively good news, as it marks the first three-week period without a decline since early 2008. Article
