Bank of America's capital raising binge
When it completes a debt exchange this week, Bank of America will have raised $38 billion. The AP notes that's $4.1 billion more than the $33.9 billion the Federal Reserve asked it raise as result of the stress tests. That amounts to additional protection against losses, which it may need, unfortunately. Article
