Angelo Mozilo charged by feds
As expected, Angelo Mozilo, the once high-flying CEO of Countrywide, has been charged with civil fraud and insider trading by the SEC. Two other executives--ex-COO David Sambol, and ex-chief CFO Eric Sieracki--were also charged. He becomes the highest-profile executive to face federal charges.
