Fast Facts: TheStreet.com downgraded ANB to an E in March from its previous rating of a D-; Pulaski Bank and Trust Company assumed the insured deposits of ANB; as of Jan. 31, 2008, ANB had $2.1 billion in assets and $1.8 billion in deposits...at the time of its closing, ANB had $39.2 million in 647 deposit accounts, which exceeded the federal deposit insurance limit.
