A much-needed bank industry success

Banks have been made villains in a lot of ways recently. But an area where customers have increasingly been satisfied has been online banking services, according to a new survey by ForeSee. The main drivers of this seem to be enhanced functionality and heightened security, notes the AP. At the same time, people just seem a lot more comfortable transacting online. You've got to wonder about satisfaction overall, though. Does this outweigh rising fees and the like? Hard to say. But it's clear that a bank's online strategy at all levels is critical. All banks have gone online these days. We'll see who can take it to the next level and actually turn it into a driver of growth.
