Stearns Lending, Inc. Hires Greg Davis as new SVP – Correspondent Lending Production

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stearns Lending, Inc., a leading privately held nationwide lending institution encompassing Correspondent, Wholesale and Retail business channels, announced that Greg Davis has joined the organization as Senior Vice President – Correspondent Lending Production.

Stearns Lending Inc., as a company, funded $7.2 Billion in 2010 and has been actively purchasing closed loans since January 2011.

Greg Davis has over 20 years of Senior Level Mortgage Banking Experience, and is well recognized as a leader in the industry. Prior to Stearns, he was Senior Vice President, Director National Sales & Marketing with The Impac Companies / IFC (Impac Funding Corp), the origination platform for Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IMH). Mr. Davis devoted 15 years of service to Impac and is credited for being one of their key executives responsible for growth.
