NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ranieri Real Estate Partners, LLC (“RREP”), a commercial real estate merchant bank providing global advisory, investment management and capital market solutions to participants throughout the commercial real estate spectrum, today announced that Debra Huddleston has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Structured Products.

Prior to joining Ranieri Real Estate, Ms. Huddleston was a Managing Director at BlackRock, Inc., in their Financial Markets Advisory group from 2008 - 2011, advising clients in managing their capital markets exposure and businesses. She joined BlackRock from Credit Suisse, where she was a Managing Director and most recently served as head of special situations for the residential mortgage department. Her previous positions at Credit Suisse included serving as co-head of the commercial real estate structured finance group and the client services group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 1996, Ms. Huddleston was with Citicorp Securities in its commercial mortgage finance group. From 1989 to 1992, she was with Salomon Brothers in real estate investment banking. She held previous positions at Chemical Bank and Eastdil Realty. Ms. Huddleston has a BA in history from Brown University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
