Fitch Rates Citigroup ROCs and ROLs, Series 11872

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AA/F1+' to the Citigroup Reset Option Certificates Trust II-R (ROCs), series 11872, and a rating of 'AA' to the Reset Option Longs (ROLs), series 11872.

The long-term 'AA' rating is based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the Palomar Pomerado Health, general obligation bonds, election of 2004, series 2007A (currently rated 'AA' with a Stable Outlook) deposited into the trust.

The short-term 'F1+' rating is based on the shortfall liquidity agreement provided by Citibank, N.A. The short-term rating will expire on June 15, 2011, the expiration date of the shortfall liquidity agreement, unless such date is extended or earlier terminated.
