NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has published 'Credit Card Movers & Shakers' containing June 2011 performance.

Caution still reigns supreme among U.S. consumers as credit quality measures are still improving rapidly, according to the latest Credit Card Index results from Fitch. Credit card defaults registered the second largest monthly decline since the passage of the Bankruptcy Reform Act in 2005 and are now back in line with historical averages.

Credit card ABS ratings are expected to remain stable and early amortization risk is expected to remain remote.
