Edward G. Boyle Joins NYSE Euronext as Vice President, NYSE Arca Options

New York, Sept. 20, 2007 – NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) today announced that Edward G. Boyle has been appointed to the position of Vice President, NYSE Arca Options, beginning Oct. 1, 2007. Mr. Boyle, 45, comes to NYSE Euronext from TD Securities, where he was Vice President and Director, Equity Derivatives.

Mr. Boyle, who serves on the Board of Directors of the International Securities Exchange as an industry director, has also been a member of the SIA Options Committee since 2003. He has previously held memberships and committee appointments on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange. Before joining TD Securities, Mr. Boyle was Managing Director, Business Development, LETCO Trading Companies in 2002 and a Partner at Platinum Trading, LLC in 1999.
