MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CopyTele, Inc. (OTCBB:COPY), announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at the Fox Hollow, Woodbury, New York on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Stockholders of record on September 19, 2011 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. The Company currently expects to begin mailing the Annual Report and Proxy Statement on or about September 22, 2011.

CopyTele’s principal operations include the development, production and marketing of thin, flat, display technologies, including low voltage phosphor color displays and low-power passive E-Paper® displays, and the development, production and marketing of multi-functional encryption products that provide information security for domestic and international users over virtually every communications media.
