Citizens Bank of Oklahoma Selects Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ ComplianceOne Solution
Bank Utilizes Solutions’ Dynamic and User-Friendly Features for Quick, Accurate and Compliant Lending Transactions
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citizens Bank of Oklahoma announced today it has turned to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and the company’s ComplianceOne™ solution to help the bank manage regulatory and operational risks. Citizens Bank is using the company’s solution to document lending transactions quickly, accurately and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Jane Adler, vice president for Citizens Bank, says her institution takes full advantage of ComplianceOne’s ability to help it customize documents specific to each loan transaction.
“Many of our business loans are extremely complex and a cookie cutter approach to documenting them just won’t work,” Adler said. “Unlike many technology solutions, ComplianceOne provides us with the ability to make all of the necessary changes to lending documents within the system. That’s much easier and faster than leaving it, making the changes to the documents manually outside, and then pushing them into the system.”
Adler says ComplianceOne’s user-friendly approach makes it simple for her staff to document every lending transaction accurately and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
“It flows very well,” Adler said of ComplianceOne. “It moves us through the documentation we need to complete based upon the specific transaction and jurisdiction and it helps us make sure we enter the correct and necessary information every step of the way.”
ComplianceOne, is built upon the trusted experience and knowledge behind Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Bankers Systems solutions and offers institutions seamless access to many of the company’s PCi compliance analytics solutions.
