Bruderman Brothers, as exclusive investment banker, structured, arranged, and negotiated the recapitalization, led by Great Point Partners, LLC (“GPP”), a Greenwich, CT–based private equity fund. MidCap Financial, LLC and NXT Capital, Inc. provided debt financing for the transaction. ProPT provides physical therapy and athletic training services at facilities located throughout the New York City metropolitan area.
