NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Broadsmoore Group ("TBG"), a privately held investment advisory and merchant banking firm, today announced that Jeffrey Devlin, an advertising industry veteran with over 25 years of production experience in the advertising and entertainment industries, has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Devlin will retain his role as CEO and Executive Producer of MediaLogic, an international consultancy and TV production company. At TBG, he will lend his expertise in advertising, marketing and new business development to help guide the future growth and business strategy of The Broadsmoore Group.

Devlin will also continue his current position as Executive Produce and Partner of Original Film, where he produced General Motors' first-ever branded feature film, "The Last Ride," featuring Dennis Hopper.
Devlin has a proven track record in new business development for advertising agencies and won over $300 million in new business for various agencies over the past five years. Previously in his career, Devlin served as Senior Vice President of New Business Development for Doner Advertising, where he won over $70 million of new business and placed accounts with major companies and organizations including the National Football League (NFL), Atari, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, The Coca-Cola Company and Intel.
Prior to Doner Advertising, Devlin was a founding partner and executive producer for Flying Tiger Films. His recent production credits include four advertising campaigns for the United States Marine Corps. and the award-winning documentary series titled "Enduring Freedom." Devlin was also previously a Senior Vice President at Lintas Worldwide Advertising.

He is also a senior advisor to Sirius XM Satellite Radio.
Devlin received a Bachelor's degree from Bethel University in Nashville, Tenn. and completed graduate work at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
