The effort is being led by Jocelyn Cortez-Young, CEO of Minerva Capital and a Goldman Sachs, Harvard & Kellogg alum. The chapter seeks to engage South Florida’s globally diverse population and connectivity to Latin America and to encourage, promote and develop a vibrant and connected community of exceptional women.

The Miami Chapter of 85 Broads will seek to identify, recruit and engage women from South Florida and Latin America. Membership in 85 Broads is highly selective and acceptance is determined by the merits of the application submitted. The women in 85 Broads are entrepreneurs, investment bankers, consultants, filmmakers, lawyers, educators, athletes, venture capitalists, portfolio managers, political leaders, philanthropists, doctors, engineers, artists, and scientists, in addition to women who are seeking to blaze new trails.
