Real estate brokerage posts online quiz to highlight short sale considerations

PHEONIX, July 13, 2011 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Toma Partners, a Phoenix real estate company, today announced the available of the online Should You Sell Quiz – where homeowners can spend 60 seconds to answer simple questions to determine if now is the right time for them to sell their house. The online quiz walks home owners through a dozen pointed questions that help determine a course of action – either stay in the home or investigate a short sale.

The quiz presents the home owner with a range of questions relating to financial condition, satisfaction with their home, plans for the immediate and longer term, and other related questions. The results are tabulated and valued with their impact on a resulting recommendation to stay in the home, to sell through a normal sale, or to seriously look at a short sale process. The questions and recommendations are based on the numerous years of combined real estate experience of Toma Partners' agents.
