Madoff survivor's take on event

"We are not a vengeful mob. We are people who anticipate, expect and warrant justice." So says one survivor, the former mayor of Fort Lee, N.J., who seeks to capture the tone of most victims. He says this of the wife: "At worst, she's guilty of criminal conduct. At best, she's guilty of the most horrendous moral conduct. All she has done since her husband was arrested was to try like a squirrel to gather the nuts. All she's interested is in the money, [which] makes her almost as bad as her husband." This man certainly has a way of putting things. Article
